Express Home Care values the importance of proper training that expands a caregiver’s knowledge, skills and abilities. Our capable caregivers possess the following assets:

- Patience—caregivers cannot take things too personally.
- A realistic outlook—caregivers must understand client limitations.
- A strong constitution—a caregiver never chides or is ashamed of responsibility.
- A soothing nature
All caregivers must:
- Pass a background Check
- Pass the Family Care Safety Registry Check (Good Cause Waivers accepted)
- Have a Social Security Card
- Have a State Photo ID / Passport
- Possess a good driving record
