Healthy Children and Youth (HCY)
If you are a parent of a child/children with special needs, consider Healthy Children and Youth (HCY). Another pair of eyes and helpful hands can make a world of difference to hard-working parents with busy schedules. We can assist you with children of many disabilities, including (but not limited to):
- Autism
- Brain Injury
- Spinal Bifida
- Cerebral Palsy
- Muscular Dystrophy
Children who qualify:
- Have a disability
- Birth to 21 years
- Missouri resident
- Receive MO HealthNet
- Receive Homestate
- Approximately 1 in 5 youth aged 13–18 (21.4%) experiences a severe mental disorder at some point during their life.
- For children aged 8–15, the estimate is 13%.
