It is the policy of Express Home Care to maintain strict confidentiality regarding client records and all client information in order to assure ethical standards that protect the client’s medical, financial and social privacy. The agency instructs all office personnel who have access to client information and all personnel who work in the client’s home to refrain from discussing a client’s condition or personal affairs with anyone outside the agency unless expressly authorized to do so by and administrative supervisor. Any agency employee who is found to have violated a client’s confidentiality will be subject to termination.
